How much mounting adhesive / adhesive for skirting boards

Of course, it always depends on the height of the skirting board.

It also depends on the quality of the adhesive. Normal mounting adhesives are multifunctional. If you read the areas of application in the description, you will see that almost anything can be glued. So no product specifically for skirting boards.

It is better to use special mounting adhesives for skirting boards or other decorative mouldings.

Our skirting board mounting adhesive Mardom Fix Pro has been specially developed for skirting boards.

Consumption can be roughly calculated as follows:

Skirting up to 5 cm high: 1 cartridge for approx. 12 metres

Skirting boards up to a height of 10 cm: 1 cartridge for 8 metres

Mouldings over 10 cm high: 1 cartridge for 6 metres

Do not apply the adhesive in a line, but always in a serpentine pattern. This ensures perfect adhesion of your skirting boards at the top and bottom.

For problem walls such as round or uneven walls, we recommend our Mardom Max mounting adhesive. This super adhesive for skirting boards bonds after just 8 seconds. Subsequent correction is not possible.
