Which adhesive is the best for stucco mouldings, wall mouldings and skirting boards?
The decorative mouldings have been sawn to size and should now be attached with as little effort as possible. Of course, the profiles can be attached with most commercially available installation adhesives.
However, our adhesives have been specially developed for bonding stucco mouldings, wall mouldings and skirting boards. The difference lies in the initial adhesion, which prevents the stucco moulding from slipping on the wall. Mardom Decor's adhesive can also be painted over, so that the adhesive can also be used for grouting at the same time. No-name adhesives contain a high proportion of fillers such as cement or plaster. These fillers dry out over time and the adhesive strength is reduced. As a result, stucco mouldings can still come loose after a year. The price difference is usually 1,-Euro! We strongly recommend the professional adhesive Mardom Fix Pro
Fitting heavy and large stucco mouldings
Large and heavy stucco mouldings often have the problem of slipping and not staying in place. We have developed an adhesive that we also like to call superglue. This is the Mardom Max adhesive. This has an initial adhesion of 8 seconds. But be careful, after this time the moulding cannot be corrected. Please mark the line to which the ceiling moulding is to be attached beforehand.
Professional mounting adhesive for a secure hold!
