Shipping costs & delivery areas

We deliver within Germany and Austria - reliably, quickly and safely. Depending on the product, delivery is made by a parcel service or a forwarding agent to the kerbside. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with your consignment number and a link to track your consignment. This allows you to keep an eye on your order at all times.

Note: Please use our free sample service before purchasing to check the design, surface and quality of the desired product in advance.

Our shipping options at a glance:

Free shipping for orders over €350!

Reach an order value of over €350 and we will cover the shipping costs - regardless of the shipping method!

1. free shipping - samples & small items

Cost: 0,00 € (Germany & Austria)

Applies to small and light products such as

• Samples
• rosettes
• adhesives
• Other small items under 2 metres in length

Perfect for small orders!

2. standard shipping - profiles up to 2 m in length

Costs Germany: 19,95 €

Costs Austria: 35,00 €

For larger items up to 2 metres long, such as:

• Ceiling and wall profiles
• mouldings

Dispatch by parcel service.

3. special dispatch - products over 2 m long

Costs Germany: 79,00 €

Costs Austria: 89,00 €

For extra long products such as:

• Curtain panels (240 cm)
• Wall panels (270 cm)

Important notes on special products:

• Special products are not available in our Berlin warehouse and therefore cannot be collected.
• They will only be delivered directly to your address by a forwarding agent.
• These products are not part of the standard European range, so individual customisation is not possible.
• We often offer the same product in the standard length of 2.00 metres - ideal if you are unsure.

Please note for returns:

• Return costs are always borne by the buyer.
• Standard shipping: Return costs of at least €60.
• Special shipping: Return costs of at least €100 (depending on the delivery address and product size).
• Samples are excluded from return.

In the case of partial returns, any quantity discounts and price advantages granted (e.g. cash discount) will be recalculated retroactively. Please note that discounts may be cancelled if the freight limits are no longer reached after the return.

Tip: Take advantage of our free sample dispatchto get an idea of the material, colour and quality in advance and make sure that the product meets your expectations.

How is delivery organised?

• Parcel service: For small items and standard products up to 2 metres in length.
• Freight forwarding: For special products over 2 metres in length (e.g. curtain panels, wall panels) to the kerbside.

3. prepayment - save 2% discount!

Choose prepayment and get a 2% discount on the value of your order!

This is how it works:

• Transfer the invoice amount within 7 working days.
• You will receive the bank details during the order process.
• Once payment has been received, your order will be released for dispatch immediately.
• The discount is automatically deducted in the shopping basket - no effort required!

4. card payment on collection in Berlin

Are you in Berlin or the surrounding area? Then you can pick up your order directly from us - without shipping costs!

This is how it works:

• Order online: Add the desired products to your shopping basket.
• Select collection: Select the "Pick up" option at our logistics warehouse in Berlin-Lankwitz during order processing.
• Payment possible on site: Pay directly when you collect your order - by EC or credit card (Attention! no cash payment possible)
• Note: Special products (e.g. curtain panels or wall panels) are excluded from collection.
